General Information and Policies

Cancellation

100% of the initial non-refundable deposit will be kept on any events cancelled.

The following charges will be incurred dependent upon the cancellation date:

  • Within one (1) year prior to the event date, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total value of the event, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
  • Within six (6) months prior to the event date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total value of the event, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
  • Within three (3) months prior to the event date, a cancellation charge of 75% of the total value of the event, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
  • Within thirty (30) days prior to the event date, a cancellation charge of 100% of the total value of the event, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
