Policy Guidelines

The art and furnishings of Mabry Banquet and Conference center may not be disturbed, altered or moved.

Please follow MBCC photography guidelines with respect to cameras and camcorder. Your Wedding Coordinator will show your photographer the best places for posed pictures.

There is no smoking in MBCC. Urns are available outside, front and back.

If you are using candles, please enclose them inside a hurricane chimney or a votive holder.

For reasons of preservation and maintenance, the following items may not be used at MBCC: birdseed, rice, confetti, bubbles, thumbtacks, staples, nails, tape or floral clay.

Please review your planned decorations and floral designs with your Catering Manager for approval. Your florist may deliver and perform set-up at the earliest, 2 – 2 ½ hours before your event. Items rented from your florist should be picked up later that evening or early the next morning.

MBCC reserves the right to refuse any booking which, at its sole discretion, is considered inconsistent with the well-being or reputation of this site.
